Can I migrate from a previous version of Dynamics?

Migrating your current data to Dynamics 365 is possible. Dynamics AX is now Dynamics 365 for Operations. The functionalities in Dynamics CRM Online are now available in Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.

Note: Dynamics CRM users can move to Dynamics 365 at a unique transition price.

Are these Dynamics 365 prices a one-time fee or a monthly recurring price?

All prices shown are per month. As Dynamics 365 is delivered in a Software-as-a-Service format, costs related to software upgrades no longer exist. As long as you’re a subscriber, you’re automatically upgraded to the most recent product version of the product.

What are the different apps available with Dynamics 365?

With Dynamics 365, Microsoft introduced a set of different apps:

What are my licensing choices?

What is the difference between a Dynamics 365 Full User and a Team Member?

Full Users:  Employees requiring Dynamics 365 app functionalities to do their jobs. For example, sales reps, customer service reps, finance operators, managers, executives, etc.

Team Members: Also known as Light users, these are employees who mainly need view access to data and reports for their job.
